Here's what to know, and how to reach us if something feels wrong.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Then tell us, using the report option below or at support@navimarketplace.com.
Communicate and pay only through NAVI. NAVI's payment protections — including holding payment until a job is complete — only apply to jobs booked and paid for inside the platform. If someone asks you to pay them directly, outside NAVI, that's a red flag.
Provider profiles show badges only for what NAVI has actually verified for that provider — identity, license, or insurance, depending on the provider and category. A missing badge means that item hasn't been verified for that provider, not that anything is wrong. Background screening is not available yet; when it launches it will be optional, and a profile will show "Background Check Completed" only after a screening has actually been completed. Always check a provider's specific badges before hiring, rather than assuming every provider on NAVI has been fully vetted the same way.
Use common sense as you would with any in-home service: confirm who's arriving matches the profile you booked, keep a record of the job details in the app, and trust your judgment if something feels off — you can cancel before work begins at no charge.
For a payment or service-quality issue, use the refund request option on the job screen. For anything involving your physical safety, property damage, harassment, or a concern about someone's identity, use the report option below instead — it goes directly to NAVI, not an automated queue. You can also email support@navimarketplace.com.
